Holly Horter

Holly Horter Yoga

I’m Holly.

Yoga instructor, rockstar, and a badass in general. Just kidding. Full-time mom to my pug, Loki.

My purpose and mission is to offer sacred space for everyBODY. Everyone. Regardless of background, ability, race, gender, sexual orientation, size, addictions, age, etc. We are all sacred, and we all deserve a place to heal, move, breathe, and play with edges and comfort zones. Practicing with me is challenging. I’m kinda intense; but, I will help realize your strength. I will support your personal journey. I will help you towards a loving relationship with your body. And I will challenge you.

I hate Kombucha. Seriously. I’m tired of the yoga stereotypes.

Renee Rudolph

Renee Rudolph Yoga

Yoga encourages remembering our wholeness and invites us to reconnect with ourselves. For Renee, coming to the mat in the face of heartbreak and grief provided a place where she could experience all of her emotions without judgment. This is the place where Renee teaches from. Inspired by her own losses, Renee supports others' journeys to wade through the muck and cultivate a loving relationship with their wholeness.

Renee began practicing yoga in 2001 and in 2016 began sharing her passion for yoga with others through teaching. Renee teaches public yoga classes and in her work as a yoga therapist-in-training, Renee offers one-on-one yoga sessions, focusing on the unique and individual goals of her clients.

When not teaching yoga, Renee is playing outdoors, dancing, or creating at her jewelry bench.

Xtreme Hop Hop w/ Jay

Making Step Great Again! I am an Active Duty Soldier and Certified Group Fitness Instructor specializing in helping those in the Colorado Springs community achieve their fitness goals by having fun! I’ve served in the Army for over 10 years and originally got into fitness to transform my own body after having back surgery in 2019. Knowing that I needed to continue to workout while focusing on low-impact cardio and exercise, I soon discovered a passion for helping others reach their health and wellness goals through the use of great music and step aerobics. Xtreme Hip Hop was created and founded by Phil Weeden who has trained instructors all over the US to challenge yourself and have fun at the same time. I guarantee if you try one of the classes, I promise you won’t leave the same! In addition to group fitness classes, I also offer private lessons and group functions as well. When I am not working out, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, dancing, pursuing photography, and working on enhancing my beauty hacks in makeup and hair (natural and extensions). I also love listening to music, reading, and traveling to see new parts of the world.

Boundless Compassion

Finding the right therapist is no different than finding the perfect dentist, doctor, or other medical professionals. In many ways, it may even be more important to you. Your therapist may know more about you than any other person in your life. I take this responsibility very seriously. I realize that you are trusting me with one of your most precious assets, your mental health. There have been times in my life that I have needed the assistance of a good therapist, and I understand how important it is.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing traditional therapy, and a Reiki Master offering non-touch Reiki sessions. I am currently studying to be a Shamanic practitioner. I have over 10 years of experience collaborating with individuals, families, and children, working toward becoming their best selves.
